Shipping Policy

All CERAMOND orders are shipped free of charge using FedEx courier. You will receive an automated email including your FedEx tracking number when your order is shipped. 

Delivery time

Each CERAMOND creation is handcrafted. The natural variation of stones can vary slightly from one creation to another. Shipping times can take up to 2-6 weeks depending on your selection and the availability of stock. In Stock items will be shipped within a week of order confirmation. For Domestic orders, packages are received within 2-3 days after the merchandise is shipped. For International orders, packages are received within 2-5 business days after the order is shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed on national holidays. All CERAMOND orders placed outside of this designated window will be processed the following business day.

Is shipping insured? Do I have to sign for delivery?

Your CERAMOND orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.

What if I won’t be there to sign for my package?

We always require an adult signature upon delivery for secure shipment as we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door. If you or any other adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day. Contact your local FedEx office if you would like to reroute to another address or hold for pick up at your convenience.  CERAMOND is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
